A well renowned Online Gaming Company based in Gibraltar is currently seeking a Poker Product Manager
The position will be to assume control of the Poker Product and development of the product for profitably
Role Responsibilities: • Staff training on Poker applications, known game issues and testing of staff knowledge on games • Competitive analysis of Poker market sector • Implementation and management of Customer Relationship and Customer Retention initiatives o Quality control on Customer Services o Second line trouble shooting and dispute resolution o Data Mining, customer profiling and report building
• Relationship management with software provider
• Product development, including the competitive design, analysis of provider product releases and communication of developments to relevant staff
• Development, integration and implementation of competitive CR initiatives • Understanding of systems to trouble shoot during system failures • Developing methodologies and scripts for testing and monitoring Poker product • Development and maintenance of hierarchical disaster notification procedures and methods • Identification of and monitoring of chip dumpers.
The success will be measured by achieving KPI’s set to suit the poker product
The standard KPI’s for a poker product would be CR and CRM measurement, player conversions and player days.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications: • Thorough knowledge of Poker and other gaming channels • Good communications skills – verbally and literacy for: o Training Staff o Customer facing o Business communications • An eye for opportunity, in specialized eGaming channel • Understanding of Finsoft CRM tools • Data Mining, manipulation and interpretation skills.
