A leading online gaming Company in Gibraltar are searching for an Israeli Team Leader to managing a Team to ensure Customer Service is provided in accordance with Company policy; Resolving queries to minimise conflict; Ensure security procedures are followed; Ensure Website content is up to date and relevant to the Israeli Market; Responsible for quantitative and qualitative aspects of the Translator; Maximising profitability using Ad Hoc, Data Warehouse and Games Manager; Build and maintain relationship with external departments; Manage Staff Rota to provide adequate cover at all times and dealing with disciplinary issues with support from Line Manager.
You must be totally fluent in Hebrew and English both written and spoken and have knowledge of sport within the Israel market with experience in a Customer Service environment (preferably egaming)
