A leading online gaming Company in Gibraltar are searching for an Israeli Agent to cover Customer Services for their Sportsbook, Casino and Poker products.
You will be required to place telephone bets in accordance with client instructions in a quick and accurate fashion ensuring positive experience for customer; deal with Customer queries by phone Chat and email, resolving issues and processing customer payments and withdrawals.
You will also be responsible for the Web Site Content; Translation & Customer Analysis.
Totally fluent in both Hebrew & English both written and spoken with knowledge of Sport and experience within a Customer Service environment (preferably egaming).
