Working within the Online Gaming industry we are looking for an individual who is required to fulfil the role of VIP Co-ordinator for gaming partners in the Danish streams.
You must possess a proactive and competent approach to outbound calling as this is 90% of the role on a daily basis, be target driven and have a self-motivated attitude, be committed to providing excellent levels of customer service to top customers and have excellent interpersonal skills.
You will be required to implement VIP Programmes, run weekly and monthly promotions, speak directly on the telephone with VIPs’ to monitor their satisfaction, reactivate lapsed VIPs’, identify potential VIPs’ plus many other duties in order to carry this role out to the maximum.
