A high profile financial services group and member of the listed company is seeking to recruit a responsible, reliable and enthusiastic individual for its Compliance Function, an especially busy and at times sensitive environment. The Compliance Function is responsible for ensuring that everyone in the Group is following the controls and procedures which have been established by management to address the risks and regulations arising to the business, providing a critical role in the protection of reputation and value
The individual sought must have the utmost respect for confidentiality and be prepared to use initiative in various aspects of the job
Maturity, confidence and a good level of interpersonal skills are required as there will be extensive contact with the staff and management of all sectors of the business as well as occasional contact with auditors and regulatory authorities.
